The purpose of this task is to develop the goals and objectives of the Freight Mobility Plan based on the findings from previous tasks. The resulting goals and objectives will be used to develop strategies, recommendations, and freight projects for inclusion in the TIP and RTP. The goals and objectives will be stakeholder informed and developed via a one day charrette.
