The Regional Transit Committee is a policy committee of the Atlanta Regional Commission that focuses on issues of regional transit planning, funding and governance. The RTC builds upon the work of its predecessors, the Transit Implementation Board (TIB) and the Transit Planning Board (TPB).

RTC Meeting Information
The bi-monthly Regional Transit Committee meeting is held on Thursdays at 11:45 AM in the Allen S. Hardin Amphitheater/ARC Board Room at the United Way / Loudermilk Center. Please note that all meeting times and places are subject to change. Call ARC at 404-463-3100 to confirm.

Public Comment Policy
A 10-minute period for public comments is designated at the beginning of each regular RTC meeting. Each commenter must sign a Request to Speak card before 11:45 AM on the meeting date. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes. If the comment period expires before all citizens have an opportunity to address the Committee, citizens will be invited to provide their comments in writing.
