In February of 2009 ARC, in partnership with Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, hosted a nine-day Lifelong Communities (LLC) Charrette.  The full report, broken down below, documents the results of the LLC charrette and shows how each of the five “Lifelong Community” sites studied by the design team incorporate the lifelong community principles into its master plan.
