 Global Atlanta Works is a new initiative of the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) that works with the region’s growing ethnic, racial and international communities to foster greater collaboration and provide community-building tools. The main goal of the program is larger than mere assimilation; it enhances community engagement processes and empowers our newest arrivals with improved access to information and services. A committed group of regional leaders from diverse backgrounds serve as the program's advisory committee.

- Community Conversations — A series of small roundtable discussions around the Atlanta region designed to connect racial and ethnic community leaders with decision makers across sectors including education, business, government, faith-based, and non-profit.
- Global Atlanta Snapshots — A publication series featuring 20 major ethnic communities living and working in the Atlanta region.
- Global Atlanta Works Newsletter — An e-newsletter addressing the economic impacts of the region’s increasing diversity and including the latest ongoing and exciting new developments in the Global Atlanta Works program.
- Multicultural Resource Directory — A web-based link to multicultural communities. Search for resources and organizations serving racial, ethnic and international communities
