What will metro Atlanta be like in 50 years?  What are the key issues, trends and opportunities to consider in helping to make our region thrive in the future? This show looks at an ambitious two-year ARC visioning and planning effort that will explore possible future scenarios for Metro Atlanta and develop a 50-year action plan to ensure future livability, prosperity and sustainability. Each forum will attempt to answer these questions by presenting a nationally or globally recognized authority on a specific trend, issue or policy area. "The Shape of Things to Come" is a quarterly, 30-minute public affairs program produced by the Atlanta Regional Commission. The show focuses on the issues, challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the Atlanta region.
