The Management Development Program (MDP) is a highly regarded training program for supervisors and managers of municipal and county governments. MDP offers top quality instruction by professionals experienced in working with local governments. The three levels of MDP address core leadership and management skills including problem solving, coaching, conflict, ethics, information gathering and oral and written communication skills.
