Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

ARC policies include equal opportunity for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), as defined in Chapter 49, Part 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations, to participate in the performance of the Commission's contracts.  This policy is more fully described in ARC's DBE Plan and annual goal.
