While this page will be updated regularly, ARC cannot guarantee that the information and links on it will be the most accurate or up to date. LCI Sponsors Meetings
At least once per year, ARC holds an LCI Sponsors' Meeting for sponsors of all LCI study areas. This meeting provides ARC a chance to update sponsors with new LCI program information and answer any questions they may have. During this event, ARC also hosts special presentations and breakout sessions covering specific topics related to LCI planning and implementation.

The June 26, 2014 Sponsors' Meeting was combined with the regularly scheduled meeting of the ARC Land Use Coordinating Committee. The meeting offered an in-depth look at the state of the Atlanta region’s housing market, presented by Eugene James of Metrostudy. The program also included a panel discussion on the topic “Unlocking Development Potential in LCI Communities.” Moderated by Dave Williams of the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the panel featured commentary from Rick Porter with Richport Properties, Cheri Morris of Morris & Fellows, and Jim Grauley from Columbia Residential. The meeting also included updates on LCI eligibility and funding, PLAN 2040, and other relevant items. Links to the agenda and presentations are available below.
