Community Planning Academy Training for Planning Officials Course

This two-day course is designed to give planning commission members, elected and other appointed officials and citizen planners an intensive introduction to planning issues on the local and regional level. Sessions will address the history of planning in Georgia, legal issues in planning, demographics, local and regional planning tools, water and transportation planning and how to carry out the duties of the planning commission effectively. Find more information here.
