Customer Service:  The Value of Pleasant Interaction

Customer service is often times the hallmark of successful organizations.  This true for both public and private entities.  The Carl Vinson Institute of Government (CVIOG) has designed this course to equip local government managers, department heads and staff with the tools to assist them in providing excellent external and internal customer service.  This course on customer service will cover the following topics:

  • External customer service:  Best practices for creating a positive customer service experience
