The Management Development Program (MDP) is a highly-regarded training program for supervisors and managers of municipal and county governments.  MDP offers quality instruction by professionals experienced in working with local governments.  The various levels of MDP address core leadership and management skills including problem solving, coaching, conflict, ethics, information gathering and oral and written communication skills.
